Schools are responsible for uploading accurate data, obtaining required permissions and consents, ensuring lawful data collection, managing internal access permissions, and complying with applicable laws. ClassIQ is not responsible for inaccuracies in school-provided data.
Schools retain ownership of all student, parent, staff, and institutional data uploaded to ClassIQ. ClassIQ retains ownership of its software, platform design, technology, branding, features, and infrastructure.
Certain services may require paid subscriptions. Unless stated otherwise:
Free trials or pilot programs may be offered at our discretion.
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, network issues, third-party outages, or technical failures.
ClassIQ may integrate with third-party providers such as payment gateways, GPS vendors, SMS providers, and cloud infrastructure. ClassIQ is not responsible for failures caused by such providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CLASSIQ EDTECH LLP shall not be liable for missed notifications, delayed message delivery, GPS inaccuracies, payment failures, third-party outages, or indirect or consequential losses.
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, fraud or misuse, security risks, or non-payment. Schools may also revoke user access.
Use of ClassIQ is governed by the Privacy Policy. By using ClassIQ, you consent to data processing described therein.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published on our app, portal, and website. Continued use means acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
